Working out

Criticizing from people mentally putting me more efforts to workout. You can see I'm not a sporty type of person (ppl who knws me should knw) I used to really really really hate sports when I was young and obviously I was horribly FAT last time . For now at least I play some of it but NOT BASKETBALL! bcus when comes to basketball I'm always the suay one-.-I rmb there's one time the ball hit directly to my eye & I was not even playing wth?! ended up crying hahahah..
After working out for some times, I feel more fresh and healthy. It keeps us fit. Make a timetable for yourselves-follow it daily-set goals-achieve it. Well, I'm not a fit person and i don't have a nice body. C'mon look at those fit girls outside ! Me? I don't even have some hard muscle on my arms or thighs..all like soft soft one.........urghh so annoying. How I wish one day I can be one of them. As ppl who knw me knw that Im weak when it comes to sports, I cant run fast I get tired easily plus I had never been to gym before bcus according to what my dad said was..*Still so young go for what*-.- so I always try to search for Tutorials on Youtube but also thanks to one of good friends who always asked me to do squats & recommended me to watch some abs vid although he can't physically guide me through that. But it really helped alot, even my mom realized that my ass got slightly bigger and nicer HAHAHHAHA.
Dont get offensive or whatever bcus yesh I know i dont have much experience of working outs. Especially Im sucks in pushing ups! It makes me so frustrated when I can't go anyway lower.But I'm trying my best hor.. I'm just sharing what I had gain and  hoping that I'll do more often so I can be stronger too
One day I'll prove that VANESA CAN HAVE ABS TOOO woooohhooo HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA:b jiaaayouuuu!!
